Camp Fees and Registration Information:

Registration begins March 30, 2009 and continues until all sessions are filled. Space is limited, so register your child early. Parents or guardians may register their child for any or all of the 7 one-week sessions, dependent on each week’s availability.

Age Groups
Campers will be divided into two groups, Juniors (ages 6 – 8) and Seniors (ages 9-12).

How to Register:
Parents must register their child for camp in person in Belk Gym, Room 222. Front desk hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Registrations received in the mail, fax, or email will not be accepted.

Registration Fees (weekly rates)

University Affiliate (children of students, faculty and staff)
Full Week Session (5 days) - $175.00
Sibling Full Week Session (5 days) - $150.00

General Public
Full Week Session (5 days) - $200.00
Sibling Full Week Session (5 days) - $175.00

Extended Morning and/or Afternoon Care (weekly rate)
$20 for each child (The fee covers the morning, afternoon, or both extended care programs.)

Deposit
Deposit due at time of registration
$20 per child/session
Deposits must be paid with cash (exact amount only) or check made out to UNC Charlotte
Non-refundable
Deposit fees will be deducted from camp weekly rates.

Waiting Lists
Waiting list will be created once a class fills. If space becomes available, we will begin calling people on the waiting list in order they were received
